1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Jharkhand: 4–8 business days
Rest of India: 8–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

Remote locations
Courier delays
Festivals or high order volume
Unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (if applicable).

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

If:

The address is incorrect
Phone number is unreachable
Customer refuses delivery

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available at selected locations.
We may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.
Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may result in COD service being blocked for that customer.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

Take clear photos and video while opening the parcel.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
